Beautification

Commission action: As of The commission meeting on September 14th the Commission is now acting as the Beautification committee. Commissioner Elizabeth Dieruf  is the Beautification Commissioner and will receive any request for help with tree planting or removal issues.

Beautification Committee Meeting

Members Present: Elizabeth Dieruf, Eric Morrell, Judi Sikes, Peggy Campbell, Sherry Spanyer
Members Absent: Steve Longhurst, John Miller

Our first meeting of 2015.  We discussed ways to encourage homeowners to plant trees and get the word out about our “Beautification Program”.  We also talked about the benefits of Tree Replacement.   Elizabeth will submit an article for the Newsletter highlighting one of our recipients.

Discussed our entrances, who turns on sprinkler system, and taking proper care of the platings.

Briefly discussed “Leaf Removal”, Pros/Cons and cost.
