{"id":4407,"date":"2022-10-10T10:45:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T14:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bellemeade-ky.gov\/?p=4407"},"modified":"2022-10-10T10:45:03","modified_gmt":"2022-10-10T14:45:03","slug":"meeting-agenda-monday-october-10-2022-at-700","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bellemeade-ky.gov\/?p=4407","title":{"rendered":"Meeting Agenda &#8211; Monday October 10, 2022 at 7:00"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Regular Meeting Agenda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday, October 10, 2022 7:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>700 North Hurstbourne Parkway<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Louisville, KY 40222<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Call To Order &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approval of Previous Minutes &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reports &#8211; Each Report Will be Followed by Comments from Each Commissioner Who Wishes to Speak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Treasurer&#8217;s Report and Adoption<\/li><li>Mayor\u2019s Report &#8211; James Martin<ul><li>Discussion of website updates.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Working Meeting was held October 3, 2022 via Zoom Halle, Sandy and James attended.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>American Rescue Plan Funding Update &#8211; total amount of&nbsp; $132,864.00 as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Bellemeade Commission wants input on how those funds should be spent.&nbsp; All costs must be incurred by December 31, 2024.&nbsp; Eligible uses are now greatly expanded since there is now a presumed amount of lost revenue up to $10,000,000 for each city.&nbsp; Cities can use their full amounts for traditional governmental services.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Current Commission Discussions Have Focused on:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drainage Ditch clearing behind South Hamptom \u2013 issue include liability and resident permission to enter onto their property.<\/li><li>Partial Reimbursement for Resident Home Camera Installation<\/li><li>Updating the streetlights \u2013 LED and adding more between.<\/li><li>Police security increase.<\/li><li>Tree Planting<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Commissioner Reports<ul><li>Public Lands \u2013<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Public Works \u2013<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Public Safety \u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Public Events \u2013<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public Comments &#8211; In Accordance with Commission Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Business \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Discussion and adoption of a municipal order closing road for Halloween Parade.<\/li><li>Discussion of zip code change for 40223 to 40222 (Per request of resident Geri Huff)<\/li><li>Discussion of Virtual or Physical Meeting Location Date for future Meetings&nbsp; &#8211;<\/li><li><strong>Adjournment &#8211;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The next working meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 7, 2022 7:00 pm.
