Drawings submitted by the developer can be accessed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the proposal outlines expanded spaces for learning and childcare, the City of Bellemeade commission has concerns about placing the facility in this specific location.&nbsp; The intersection of Whipps Mill near North Whittington Pkwy is already becoming a high-traffic area during peak hours, and we are concerned that the addition of a high-volume daycare center could further increase congestion\u2014especially during drop-off and pick-up times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed site is located within the City of Lyndon.&nbsp; The zoning process for the project will generally proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan Revision and Formal Filing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agency Review \u2013 Public Works, MSD, KYTC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Land Development and Transportation Committee \u2013 PUBLIC MEETING<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning Commission \u2013 PUBLIC HEARING<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City of Lyndon \u2013 FINAL ACTION<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important for individual citizens to make public comments at all phases of the process.&nbsp;&nbsp; If you are interested in this project, I would like to hear from you.
