Below is a new Leafspring application and building rendering. The proposed building is intentionally located outside the City of Lyndon. It may have advantages as compared to the previous plan:
(1) It appears that there will be no attempt to divide this into two parcels and add on a second building in the future (which was a possibility before).
(2) It may involve less tree removal than the previous plan.
(3) It appears to be further away from the residents in Bellemeade.
